Job Responsibilities : 

- Email campaign setup and execution: including template creation, audience segmentation and QA processes.

- Setup and deploy complex programs within our marketing automation platform (automated and single-batch) to engage new prospects and existing customers.

- Build and test email templates.

- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns

- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling

- Develop audience segmentation and logic (so you should know how to work with audience segmentation logic for email campaigns).

- Work with user attributes, and web events work which are beneficial to understanding the mechanics of audience segmentation.'

- Ensure mobile-friendly email templates

- Write newsletters including all company updates

- Create, schedule and deploy email campaigns and nurtures.

- Resize and modify graphics/images used within email templates

- Aid in list uploads, targeting, manage opt-out requests subscriber profile updates.

- Manage and/or coordinate QA process.

- Ensure best practices are included in email campaigns.

Requirements : 

- Strong ability to work in HTML and CSS for email, including working with responsive layouts, conditional formatting, and optimizing for various email clients.

- Must have experience working with Marketing Automation Platforms.

- At least 1-2 yrs of working experience

- Experience in managing complex projects.

- Experience working cross-functionally.

- Great interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.

- Must be highly organized.
