Job Description : The remote SDR will spearhead our efforts in generating new business leads, engaging potential clients, and setting appointments for our sales team. This position is perfect for a self-motivated individual with a knack for sales and a passion for technology, ready to make a significant impact from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation : Identify potential clients through research and networking, building a robust pipeline of leads.

Outreach : Engage prospects through various channels, effectively communicating our value proposition.

Lead Qualification : Assess the needs of each prospect to determine compatibility with our services.

Appointment Setting : Arrange meetings for prospects with the sales team, facilitating a seamless lead transition.

Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to seize new opportunities.

Collaboration : Work in tandem with the sales team to refine strategies and approaches based on market insights.

Target Achievement : Meet or exceed predefined targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in sales or business development, IT sector preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

- Self-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills.
