Roles and Responsibilities:
- Retail channel appointment
- Training & knowledge of products to our retail channel partner.
- Doing Field Visits and Expansion of Retail Sales Channel.
- Following up with the existing retail network.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of the company products.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for respective area.
- Increasing market share through market intelligence.
- Develop sales strategies.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Competitors study
- Managing Sales cycle from prospecting, offering, negotiating and closing Sales contracts, to ensuring the continued satisfaction of new and existing customers
Desired Candidate Profile:
- From Sales Background preferably Battery Industry/ FMCD Industry
- Language Known Hindi and English
Note: It is a hard core field sales profile. Travel required.
