Franchise Manager - Sales (4-8 yrs)

Role Description :

- Franchisee Manager will be responsible for planning and managing the franchising business of the Company. They will be responsible for developing franchising opportunities and for offering continuous support to franchisees, to ensure the overall success of the franchisor as well as the franchisee.

Responsibilities :

1. Prepare and execute the marketing strategy for the Company's franchise opportunity by attracting new franchisees.

2. Identify and research potential markets to launch new franchise/ centers.

3. Assist in the development of Channel Partner Business Plans

4. Screen potential franchisee by analyzing investment requirements, potential of franchisee, financials, franchisee experience and vision.

5. Finalize the deal with franchisee by negotiating terms and conditions of each franchisee agreement

6. Develop sales and marketing tools, work out on sales promotional activities to support the franchisees.

7. Ensure that the Company's brand is communicated and maintained in all franchisee communications and marketing activities.

8. Ensure Careerlabs suggested systems/ processes are deployed and practiced in the Center.

9. Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
