Franchise Manager - Sales (10-15 yrs)
A. Scope of Work :
- Develop and implement franchise department's growth strategies, working closely with the management to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Ability to sell franchises from any segment such as entertainment, food & beverage, restaurants, bars etc.
- Identify and evaluate potential franchisees, conduct market research, and negotiate franchise agreements to ensure compliance with franchise model.
- Develop and implement effective training and support programs for franchisees to ensure consistency in operations.
- Monitor franchisee performance and provide guidance and support to improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to franchising, including franchise disclosure documents and franchisee contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, branding and promotional activities to drive franchisee sales and brand awareness.
- Manage franchisee relationships, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely communication and reporting of key business metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the franchise program.
B. Competence Requirements :
- At the very least, a graduate degree is required (minimum education).
- Post-graduates with a background in business management are desired.
- Experience : Must have at least 10-15 years of sales experience
- Relevant Experience : Minimum experience of 8-10 years selling large value franchises
- Communication Skills : with a natural flair for English communication, can converse fluently Excellent English Communication Skills - with a natural flair for English communication, can converse fluently & build relationships, and trust with clients.
- Presentation Skills : well-versed in corporate/business etiquette and knows how to carry and handle yourself.
