ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Remain highly visible and be readily available for associates and guests at all times.


- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and Brand goals and standards.


- Review and ensure that all policies, procedures, federal, state, and local ordinances with regard to personnel, security, cash handling, and safety are followed.


- Maintains and improves property standards and service to ensure client satisfaction and the right public image. Ensure compliance with QA standards.


- Achieve budgeted revenue and profit goals, balancing cost with client satisfaction.


- Comply with all corporate financial controls including, but limited to accounting procedures, accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash handling. Ensures orientations for new team members are thorough and completed in a timely fashion.


- Takes proactive approaches when dealing with employee concerns. Assists team supervisors with constructive coaching and counseling.


- Act as Manager on Duty during General Managers absence.


- Perform other duties as required.


REQUIREMENTS:


- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.


- Prior operations management experience preferred.


- Brand experience preferred. Excellent team building and leadership skills.


- Uses good interpersonal skills and abilities to relate to people of varying ages and backgrounds.


- Excellent computer and organizational skills needed. High energy and strong work ethic.


- Strong oral and written communication skills.


- Ability to manage difficult client situations, respond promptly to client needs, feedback to improve service.


- Excellent customer service skills.


- Be a change leader as we adopt new processes and refine existing ones.
