Urgent requirement for Tele-Sales Executive for Faridabad location(nearest metro -Tughalkabad)
- Payment collection
- Acquiring new clients, contributing substantially to the revenues
- Successfully handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the events
- Strong Cold Calling and Prospecting Skills on the phone and in person
- Proven ability to manage sales pipeline effectively
- Driving the follows ups and regular interactions with the clients.
- Manage and update client database on a regular basis & also aggressively follow-up with clients.
Required Skills Set:
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive ability and tenacity.
- Customer service orientation.
