To meet our rapid expansion plans, we are looking for - Franchise Consultants- across the country who- ll be responsible for setting up our Franchise Partner Network in their respective area of operation.
Job Profile
- Franchise Partner Recruitment
- Franchise Partner Management (Mutually Optional).
This includes :
- Driving Sales / Revenue
- Recruiting & Training the Sales Team
- Implementing Marketing Initiatives
- Being Responsible for Franchise Operations
Remuneration
It's a highly lucrative entrepreneurial opportunity wherein you get to earn 20% of Franchise Fee on New Franchise Partner Recruitment & an additional 24% of Franchise Fee (@ 2% Per Month) for Franchise Partner Management (Mutually Optional). Over & above, you would also be eligible to earn target based incentives. In absolute monetary terms, you may earn anywhere up to Rs 30 Lacs per annum depending upon your performance.
