What You'll Be Doing :

- Strategy : Identify, establishing and delivering the strategic partnership & co-branded integration to drive growth & build adoption for the products

- Implementation : Work with product, marketing, design, data & tech teams to implement your strategies that drive consumer acquisition and bring in brand love for existing users by creating better experiences with partner brands

- Scaling: Roll up your sleeves to help scale the business in a fun environment

Desired Experience :

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in leveraging partnerships for growth marketing within fintech or consumer tech brands. Top Tier IIT, IIM combination preferred.

Good To Have :

- An innovative and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, considering all sides of a problem and the short and long term impact of each decision

- Experience analysing data, drawing accurate conclusions, and adjusting strategy

- Focus on digital-growth marketing, product scale-up & digital acquisitions/partnerships

- Experience using online advertising solutions such as programmatic & affiliate marketing

- A team player who has a proven track record of successfully negotiating large scale partnerships that will create a meaningful impact for both the brands

- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills

- You can work autonomously and take ownership. We thrive with space and responsibility to solve problems

- You approach work in a logical way. We are not afraid to make mistakes but we use data and logic to back up decisions and improve understanding
