What will you do :
- You will be part of the - OneCard Accelerate Program- which will give you an opportunity to accelerate in your career with the continuous guidance, mentoring, on the job training and upskilling for various role within the organization.
- You will be the internal champion of customer accounts, driving product adoption, usage and business focus through email, chat and calls
- You will be an information resource expert, providing dedicated support to customers
- You will collaborate closely with operations, product and engineering teams, to build, drive and improve tools and processes for quicker issue resolution
- You will own the key success metrics for respective CSAT
- You will be responsible for customer retention by stopping churn by adopting proactive approach of - Customer First-
