Fox4conn Services - Assistant Manager - International Business (6-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Ensure timely submission of samples (basis upon RFQ, ECN and customer requirement) for International customers with involvement of internal Cross Functional Team
- Sample development for new business in close coordination with internal functional teams.
- Responsible for on time reply to customer's queries.
- Responsible for Account Reconciliation of International Customers .
- Developing and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent Trun arround Time
- Ensuring FEMA Rule adherance
- Will be responsible for all activities of customer and need to coordinate with other departments for getting timely reply to the respective customer
Specific Skills Required (Behavioral) :
- Must have effective communication skills to deal with international clientele
- Capability to manage the sub-ordinates
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Cultural and behavioral knowledge of American and European customers
- Sound knowledge of Inco Terms.
Miscellaneous Information:
- Candidate should have cultural & behavioral knowledge of International customers.
- Sales coordinator for export business of automotive components.
