Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategies to initiate and expand our community presence.
- Craft and oversee compelling content, ensuring it stimulates insightful discussions and connections.
- Offer prompt and constructive assistance to community members.
- Organize and lead online initiatives, including webinars and events, to bolster community engagement and facilitate the exchange of knowledge.
- Supervise conversations, ensuring adherence to community guidelines.
- Track, evaluate, and report on community engagement metrics.
- Oversee the ORM Sales funnel along with tracking relevant data points
Qualifications:
- Work Experience of at least 1 year within community cultivation and management, with a preference for experience in the tech or related sectors.
- Stellar communication abilities, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in navigating social media channels, community management utilities, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional relational skills, fueled by a zest for fostering and maintaining connections.
- Tact and poise in managing and resolving disagreements.
- Innovative and strategic mindset, with an eye for uncovering community engagement and growth opportunities.
