Brief Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Brand Manager with strong digital marketing skills to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective brand strategies, managing brand campaigns, and driving brand awareness. While this position does not require SEO skills, proficiency in various digital marketing channels and platforms is essential.

Work timings -10am -6 pm (Monday to Friday)

Work Location -Remote / Noida /Pritampura

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement brand strategies : Create comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience. Identify opportunities for brand expansion and growth.

2. Execute brand campaigns : Plan and execute innovative and engaging brand campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.

3. Digital content creation : Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling digital content, such as blog posts, social media posts, videos, and infographics, to increase brand visibility and engagement.

4. Social media management : Manage and optimize social media accounts to enhance brand presence and engagement. Monitor social media trends, analyse campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations.

5. Influencer partnerships : Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to promote the brand and reach the target audience effectively.

6. Digital advertising : Create and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.

7. Brand positioning and messaging : Develop clear and consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels. Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all communications.

8. Market research and analysis : Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use data-driven insights to inform brand strategies and campaigns.

9. Collaboration and coordination : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, sales, and product development, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing setting.

3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

7. Strong project management and organizational skills.

8. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

9. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

10. Passion for branding and a keen eye for design aesthetics.

Note: While SEO skills are not required for this role, basic knowledge or familiarity with SEO concepts is considered a plus.
