We are hiring for Associates for our Inside Sales team.
Role: Inside Sales Associate
Experience: Fresher - 6 Months
Job location : Baner (Currently WFH)
Job Description:
The Inside Sales Associate will focus on building, nurturing relationships that leads to customer acquisition as per the defined sales process/cycle. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive cold calling new potential prospects in India. (& internationally)
- Working with team members through the sales process to achieve desired outcome.
- Provide prospective customers with respective solutions and Platform capabilities.
- Scaling up quickly to do presentations with the prospects as needed.
Must have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Goal oriented, should have an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Knowledge or previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales or related sales exposure will be a plus
- Full time opportunity will be provided according to the candidate's performance after the 3 Months Internship.
