Fortune Design Space - Senior Manager - Sales & After Sales (5-30 yrs)

Compensation: INR 15L+ per annum
Responsibilities:
- Scout for New Strategic Projects : The company is looking to add new projects to its portfolio like warehouses, residential complex, Built-to suit factories etc. The concerned person will have to scout for such opportunities and secure strategic wins for the company.
- New Business Development: Securing tenants for the existing available area at the desired rentals and terms will one of the key responsibilities.
- Networking with key influencers like government officials, IPCs, established property agents etc.
- After sales services for existing clients: Maintaining and building strong, collaborative customer relationships with line-of- business
Key Skills:
- 5+ years experience in sales, channel sales, business development of high value products
- Preferably experience with real estate clients/ developers/ admin departments of MNCs
- Excellent negotiations skills with track record of handling deals
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Extremely driven and proactive
