Key Responsibilities :
Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, school adjustment, truancy, study habits, and career planning.
Provide career advice to students on academic courses.
Handling student queries, walk-ins and follow-ups.
Responsible for profitability, delivery and student acquisition.
Regular follow ups- emails/phone calls/attend to walk ins
Counseling students on entire admission cycle.
Ensure average counselling per day as per benchmark targeted.
Cold calling to prospective students.
Qualifications :
Graduates or Post Graduate
More than 2 yrs. of experience in the relevant profile.
Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills
Customer Orientation Skills
Problem solving skills
Pro-activeness
