ForeignAdmits - Student Accommodation Associate - Sales (2-3 yrs)
As a Student Accommodation Associate, you will be responsible for acquiring new leads, identifying potential customers, and closing sales. You will facilitate students to locate affordable yet convenient and secure rooms in our extensive selection of listed properties. You will need to keep in continuous correspondence with the students, ensuring a comprehensive sales process to attain the maximum customer conversion rate.
- Acquire new leads, identify potential customers, and close sales with an inspirational and aggressive target-driven attitude.
- Drive sales with a passion for customer service and helping students find their perfect accommodation.
- Maintain all modes of communication with the customer to provide a smooth and hassle-free journey to ascertain a perfect match for their requirements.
- Address any queries raised by students with a prompt and consummate response, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with property managers within the UK, US, and Australia augmenting our company services and achievements.
- Maintain Quality score of yourself and the team if managed by you, ensuring that the team meets and exceeds its targets.
- Learn to intensify sales via training on sales methods, constantly improving your skills and techniques to drive success.
- Produce stats on conversion calls, revenue, and take aggressive action to improve any areas of concern, ensuring maximum revenue and profit on each booking.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team, showcasing your success and driving the company towards greater achievements.
- Connect with students internationally, assisting them with their queries, becoming their go-to contact for all their accommodation needs.
- Understand key requirements of the students and provide end-to-end support, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with global customers & accommodation providers, building strong relationships and expanding the company's reach.
- Build rapport with clients through friendly and engaging communication, driving repeat business and referrals.
- Use various social media platforms for communication/networking, reaching a wider audience and expanding the company's reach.
- Follow up with students for any assistance required as part of the association, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and driving repeat business.
- Undertake lead generation initiatives to convert them to bookings, driving the company towards greater success.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of success. Preferred will be from the same industry of student accommodation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an aggressive target-driven attitude.
- Knowledge of CRM software and experience using it.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and experience using them for communication/networking.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail.
- Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, with a passion for success.
- Ability to work in a team, driving the team towards greater success.
