Forbidden Foods - Manager - BTL Marketing (2-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute on-ground BTL marketing activities, including sampling, in-store promotions, events, corporate outreach, school/ college activities etc.

- Generate creative ideas for designing unique and high-impact field marketing activities

- Recruit, train and lead a team of field marketing specialists to ensure flawless execution

- Manage requests from the sales team to provide support for sales driven campaigns

- Roll out and manage regional activation programs on a regular basis

- Network with local contacts, influencers, artistes, and event management firms to create pipeline of event association opportunities

- Network with other like-minded brands for partnership and co-hosting opportunities

- Manage and develop vendors for kiosks, marketing collateral, consumer merchandise and POS-M

- Take ownership and overall responsibility for achieving targets for sampling and consumer outreach

- Prepare regular reports and MIS to track the progress and effectiveness of the marketing activities

- Ensure utmost care and caution to maintain the overall ethics and integrity of the team in all dealings

Required Experience, Competencies and Skills:

- The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in leading events and offline marketing activities for FMCG brands

- Experience with a premium F&B brand will be preferred

- Should have managed a team of 3-4 direct reports

- The candidate will have a good understanding of on-ground BTL activities, events and other promotions in FMCG companies

- Creative thought process to come up with unique ideas for reaching the target audience with field marketing activities

- Bachelor's Degree in any specialization; An MBA will be preferred but is not a pre-requisite

- Fluent English and Hindi, both written and spoken

- Ability to meet strict and demanding deadlines

- High-energy, self-driven and capable of independently realizing goals/ targets

- Confident, pleasing and amiable personality

- Uncompromising ethical behaviour in all dealings

- Good knowledge of MS Office and overall tech savvy
