We are currently hiring For Building Material - Senior Resource.

Please find the Job Description as follows -

Designation : Business Developemnt - Senior Resource

Location : Bangalore

Basic Qualification : Any Graduate, MBA - Sales & Marketing

Technical Skills :

- A demonstrated understanding of the glass and windows industry

- The ability to cold call and - hunt- for leads

- Experience in closing deals and managing the complete sales process

- Negotiation Skills & Strategic Skills

Other Skills :

- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in written form at all levels of authority

- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with an ability to multitask in a busy environment

- Technology Savvy

- Good network with Retail, Distributor,Architects, Builders

Experience :

- A Minimum 10+ years work experience in Business Development in Building Construction industry with experience into trade, corporate and residential sectors

- Experience of selling Automated glass films Or selling similar products like glass doors, windows, Sanitary wares.

Knowledge of Tools :

- Excellent Computer Knowledge, Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

- Project Management Skills

Role:

The Business Development Manager will develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets

Responsibility:

- The Business Development Resource is responsible for developing new accounts

- Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Business meetings & Presentations to prospective clients

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Monthly review of performance & new target areas

- Maximise turnover and profit
