Role : Sales Coordinator Cum Research Analyst

Job Responsibilities :

- This is an internal sales support role where the candidate will support a US based sales team in :

- Collating and maintaining CRM database to keep the the sales funnel updated.

- To take full ownership of schedules/deadlines & triggering follow-up actions with sales leads

- Writing draft emails to sales leads.

- Writing draft marketing material to send to sales leads

- Gathering relevant data with respect to the sales lead via mapping professional Networking sites/ Search Engines or interaction with associates & documenting the research in business reports.

Experience / Skills :

- Excellent English written and oral skills

- Detail oriented, goal-oriented, exhibit a high level of professionalism, and be exceptionally organized.

- Basic technical skills ( Word, Email, Powerpoint)

- Minimum undergraduate experience

- Minimum 1 year experience in sales/pre-sales/marketing for US customers

- Show in any fashion that they can interact with US resources

- Create marketing, sales, pre sales materials for US customers

- Preferred female candidate

- Working hours required overlap 8:00 AM EST to 1 pm EST i.e 5:30 pm to 3:30 am IST

- 90% remote candidate. Remaining time in Noida office

- Must have own mobile, own good speed internet for voice calls

Optional :

- Technical parlance/lingo knowledge
