As an Executive, you will be instrumental in enhancing the company's public image and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
1. Media Coordination :
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets relevant to the events and wedding industry.
- Create and distribute press releases, ensuring coverage of key events and achievements.
2. Event Promotion :
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote upcoming events through various media channels.
- Plan and execute PR strategies to maximize event visibility.
3. Client and Vendor Communication :
- Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and the company.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication to enhance client satisfaction.
4. Social Media Management :
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote events.
- Monitor and engage with the online community to maintain a positive brand image.
5. Content Creation :
- Create compelling content for press releases, blog posts, and social media.

6. Event Coordination Support :
- Collaborate with the events team to coordinate media coverage during events.
- Manage on-site media interactions and interviews.
7. Stakeholder Relations :
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers and industry professionals.
- Attend networking events to enhance the company's presence in the industry.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Public Relations or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with the media and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
