Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer phone calls and taking appropriate action for each call.
- Maintaining record of Customer's information.
- Maintain Quality Standards.
- Should have a proactive approach and can think out of the box to help customers.
- Handling Emails, if required.
- Making outbound calls for failed transactions or sales conversion.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of calling experience, inbound customer service.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Good Communication (Verbal & Written both) Skills.
- Computer literate.
