JOB DESCRIPTION:-

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our clients by executing B2B and B2C campaigns and events in your assigned sector. You will provide hands-on support to trainees in the field of business development, helping them to develop their skills and reach their full potential.

In addition to executing campaigns and events, you will also be tasked with building and leading a team of associates. Your exceptional training and leadership skills will enable you to mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and success.

Developing and executing B2B and B2C campaigns and events

Providing on-the-ground support and training to business development trainees

Building and leading a team of associates

Mentoring and guiding team members to reach their full potential.
