Job Description :
- As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador of our company, providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers.
- You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and building positive relationships. Through effective communication and problem-solving skills, you will contribute to enhancing our brand reputation and fostering customer loyalty.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Skills and Qualifications :
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
Working days will be 6 Days with rotational off.
Shift timings will be 10 AM - 7 PM / 2:30 PM - 11 PM
- 2 Year Experience working with customer support.
- Excellent communication.
