Area Sales Manager

Key Job Responsibilities :

- Sales Experience in Kitchenware/Pipelines/Bath fitting/ Sanitary ware a must

- Must focus on face to face sales presentations and provide clients an opportunity to know the brand and the value addition the brand can bring to their respective business.

- Build new clients for the organization, build rapport and trust in both oneself and the company.

- Must be passionate and driven in order to produce top results, all the while maintaining integrity.

- Have the drive to be an individual contributor, responsible to drive sales activities within assigned dealers/distributors/clients.

- Generate leads from given database & Identify potential clients within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.

- To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis.

- To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.

- To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the client receives the best possible products and services from the company.

- To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms from the dealer/distributors assigned to them.

- Ensure adherence to Company's sales processes and requirements.

- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan decided by the Company

- Ready for Filed sales.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 -10 year experience in the field of sales.

Skill Requirements :

- Should have own vehicle(DL/RC)

- Should have excellent communication skills in English and local languages.

- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.

- Should be able to work in a fast- paced & target-driven environment.
