Job Description : Floor Manager

Experience : Minimum 2 years in Forex Advisory

Location : Indore

Key Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10 to 15 Forex advisors, providing guidance and support to help them achieve individual and team targets.

- Sales Target Achievement : Set clear sales targets for the team and closely monitor their performance to ensure goals are met and exceeded. Implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain international Forex trader clients.

- Client Relationship Management : Foster strong relationships with international Forex traders, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing expert Forex trading advice tailored to their specific needs and market conditions.

- Market Analysis : Stay updated with global market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events to provide timely and relevant trading recommendations to international clients. Collaborate with research teams to enhance the depth of analysis.

- Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure that the team adheres to international regulatory guidelines and company policies, promoting ethical trading practices and effective risk management for clients.

- Reporting : Generate regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and client feedback, presenting findings to the senior management team. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance team productivity and client satisfaction.

- Training and Development : Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their Forex trading skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities. Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into the team's approach.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments such as research, marketing, and customer support to enhance overall client experience and achieve business objectives.

- Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and revenue generation.
