Job Description :
Responsible for Sales, Planning, Maintaining and the Profitability of showroom
- Closely monitor market dynamics and competitor activities
- Responsible for entire operations in the assigned territory
- Develop and implement sales strategy at Regional level
- Supervise the sales team and ensure achievement of sales targets
- Coordinate with related departments for trouble free execution of operations
- Closely analyze overall retail operations of the showroom
- Evaluate proposed policies & procedures and make recommendations for increased savings and cost reductions
- Set monthly target and provide action plan
- Plan and manage logistic operations with basic knowledge of statutory government policies
- Possess basic knowledge of Tally & accounting.
