Combined with our contracting arm which consists of our own product manufacturing capabilities and curated vendors network, we come in as end-to-end design to execution partner for companies looking to build their office, builders looking to differentiate their residential or commercial projects or players in the managed working space market.

A 4 years young leading Interior Design Venture by entrepreneurs with the pedigree of IIT and successful ventures behind them, we have experience of executing over 0.8 million square feet of commercial office space with an array of clients; Leading Startups, Coworking spaces, Real Estate Managed Service Providers, SMEs and Subsidiaries of International Companies, MNCs.

Company Growth Story and Outlook :

The company was formed in 2011. It started as a manufacturing enterprise with captive production capabilities in modular furniture, wall d- cor, loose seating, home accents. It entered into Interior Turnkey Projects in 2014 and has grown 4X year on year and is geared up for international expansion in USA, Singapore, Middle East within FY 2018-19. It's on the search for young enterprising candidates which can help create the next level of leadership for propelling it to a 1000 Cr company in the next 5 years.

What you will be doing :

1. Servicing and closure of high profile lead related commercial office space. Profile of clients ranges from Founder/CEO- Startups & SMEs, HR/Admin of Large MNCs. Required repeated and highly detailed meetings with clients to discuss design requirements assisted with existing measurements and drafted layout of the existing spaces.

2. Furnishing of leads through liasoning with Real Estate Consultants, Builders, Contractors, Property Search Platforms, Direct Property Seekers, Key Clients and other relevant platforms.

3. Making and presenting immaculate presentations custom fit to client's needs by coordinating with Design, the Ops team.

4. Preparation of Detailed Quotations for clients and advising them till closure.

5. Internal knowledge transfer to operations and regular coordination with the project management team to remain abreast of the progress.

6. Ensure Client Satisfaction through and post the process of closure.

What you should have :

1. Strong experience of selling large tickets size solutions in the Corporate Interior Design & Build Industry

2. Excellent communication and superior email writing skills to ensure effective communication with very high profile clients like CEOs/ Founders etc.

3. An excellent network of Architects, Interiors, PMCs, Real Estate Consultants, Builders, End clients to foster regular business.

4. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.

5. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional - publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

6. Training and Development of the downline team and regular reporting updates to be supplied to uplines whenever applicable.

Desired Qualifications & Skill :

1. Graduate/Post Graduate with min 3-8 years experience in Real Estate (Commercial Office), Architecture & Design preferred. Experience of handling Turnkey Project will be preferred.

2. Knowledge of Auto CAD /Architectural Design/Product Design/Understanding of Design Tools like Photoshop, Coreldraw is preferred.

3. Candidates having experience in Interior Designing/ Commercial Real Estate industry is a must.

What your first 2-3 weeks will be like :

This profile is different from a typical Sales Profile as you will be working very closely with operations, project management, the Design team for constant evolution and betterment of processes to create client delight. You will be undergoing a rigorous training process to educate you about detailed BoQ (quote) creation pertaining to various kind of stakeholders in Office Interior Design & Build. You will also undergo a training w.r.t company's outlook, the body of work and eminent clients. A sales plan with targets ( financial and non-financial) will be frozen along with the sales budget required to foster leads in mutual discussion with all teams.

What your 1-3 months will be like :

You are expected to learn fast and on the job. Considering your experience of being in the relevant industry, it is expected that immediate business leads can be fostered and concluded with minimal support required internally. Targets are sacrosanct and hence sales projection for 1-3 months will be done in mutual discussion after careful planning.
