Job Responsibilities :
- Generate and service new leads amongst distributors and dealers of Tile or Ceramics Products and allied industries
- Selling technology licenses to distributors and dealers of Tile or Ceramics Products and allied Industries.
- Assisting in integration of products portfolio from on-boarded clients.
- Consistently achieve desired sales targets and look after account management.
- Initiating new accounts and managing relationships with existing ones
- Day to Day internal and external reporting and tracking of activities.
- Formulate roadmap for new account acquisition and ensuring effective execution.
- Train & mentor new recruits including career planning for each member of the team.
