Sr. Manager - Retail Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities :
- Successfully set up the entire sales and distribution operations.
- Responsible for Retail P&L
- Strong financial acumen including costing / budgeting / ROI forecasting
- Prepare, present and execute Annual operating plan
- Collaborate with product design team on new product development
- Build and manage team across geographies
- Design and execute brand building strategies and promotions

Skills and Qualifications :
Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Art/Science/Engineering/ Business Management.
Skills : Proactive, Self-driven, Articulate, Strong Interpersonal and Communications skills,
- Organizational Skills and Strong Attention To Detail. Toy industry background would be beneficial.
