Flexsol Infra Solution - Manager - Sales & Business Development (5-18 yrs)
1. Managing existing clients and New business Development for the company
2. Technical & commercial negotiations with the customers & vendors
3. Offer Submission, Negotiation and Closing the Order
4. Meeting the Sales/BD Target
5. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
6. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
7. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
8. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives
9. Prepare sales, contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
10. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
11. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
12. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Other Requirements :
1. Proven Atleast 5 years of working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in Telecom infrastructure solution organization.
2. Education Qualification : MBA with UG in Engineering background.
3. Proven sales track record
4. Experience in customer support is a plus
5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
6. Proficiency in English
7. Market knowledge
8. Communication and negotiation skills
9. Ability to build rapport
10. Time management and planning skills
11. Graduate in business administration, sales or relevant field
