Job Description - Customer Relationship Manager
Role will have P&L / Conversion responsibility
Relationship manager for customers to ensure smooth conversion of leads to loans
Convert leads from Platforms in to Loans by helping Credit team to receive all the required Docs and applications
Speak and convince hot leads to send all the required docs
Meet large customers in person wherever required
Maintain Relationship and monitor Business from Platforms
Assist the Sales AVP in Research on potential tie-ups for Business Development
Prepare Regular MIS on Leads received from various Customers and assist monitoring the performance of Key Customers
Identifying potential new tie-up opportunities
Assist Sales VP and AVP in Product Research and coming out with innovative Financial products solving Customer problems.
