Flendzz Technologies - Customer Relation Officer - Outbound Sales (1-5 yrs)
Customer Relation Officer-Telugu and Kannada
Looking for 1-3 years of experienced CRO and who knows Telugu and Kannada fluently and who can join immediately.
Responsibilities :
- Involve in outbound calls for selling software applications.
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback.
Requirements :
- Should be capable of making a sale to the customer by convincing them with the possible offers.
- A bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience.
- Good interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques with customers is preferable.
