Fleetx - Management Trainee - Sales Operations (0-2 yrs)
Technical Skills :
- Should have practically used MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, GSuite (Mail, calendar, meet, drive, spreadsheets) or can learn it prior to joining.
- Should know video editing (Any software like- Adobe, Filmora, Storyline etc.) - Should be able to edit clips and make a small video out of big-length videos.
- Can do voiceover over screen recording
If you use any eLearning software it would be an added advantage
What are you going to do ?
1. Learn about solutions offered by Fleetx. End to end understanding of hardware & software from sales, technical, service aspects.
2. Conduct refresher sessions for the sales team & managers
3. Prepare reports on sessions conducted, feedback & assessments
4. Prepare question bank & plan, deploy, check the results of the monthly assessment.
5. Conduct training needs analysis for the sales team
6. Conduct sessions on new product introduction
7. Connect with product management, customer success & sales teams to gather challenges & prepare supporting solutions.
8. Create content for selling skills development in the form of short videos
9. Creating a short video library on features & hardware and many more !!!
