Title: Sr. Manager - SEO

Key Responsibilities :
- Independently manage the SEO performance, strategy, and results
- Deliver exceptional ownership on the job.
- Work with the online marketing head in improving results through SEO.
- Expected to work with other SEO team members to deliver keyword analysis, dashboards, keyword rank reports, site audits etc.
- Primary area of responsibility within SEO includes On-page analysis, best practices Audits, backlink monitoring and analysis.
- Must take sole ownership to deliver detailed and effective keyword analysis that is in lock step with Google's view of search intent and page themes.
- Look to improve the content discovery process.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate relevant SEO metrics and improve results.
- Must ideate on new dashboards to improve overall results.
- Expected to be the subject matter expert within the team.
- Must stay abreast of the latest and greatest in SEO.
Candidate Eligibility :
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Good Management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console, SEMRush and Ahrefs
- Experienced in detailed Keyword analysis.
- Strong knowledge in search intent, theming, site architecture
- General understanding of aspects of technical SEO
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the Google ranking algorithm
- Good dashboarding skills
