- Selling software solutions to enterprises in the assigned territory

- To identify, assess and present custom software solutions to the customers

- Analyze prospects- needs and uncover business challenges

- Leveraging and managing alliances/partnerships to offer enhanced value to the client

- Own a substantial revenue target and be responsible for the steady annual growth

- Understand offshore software Outsourcing platforms to craft solutions to match customer needs.

- Work with a partner to create proposals and contracts.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects to the customers.

- Monitor and mentor the team to achieve the targets.
