As a Business Head - Photo Editing Services:

- Responsible for both the sales & Operations for Image Editing Services.

- Take the lead role in developing strategies, policies and procedures to maximize the revenues of the company

- Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on finding.

- Monitor, measure, report and improve on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements.

- Responsible for achieving the business revenue target - Monthly/Quarterly/Annually

- Ensure compliance & adherence to all policies & other requirements as per client agreement

- Educate & Train the Sales & the Operations team to work to achieve the Objectives & Targets.

- Responsible for Client Acquisition & Business Continuity

Eligibility Criteria:

- 12+ years of experience in Photo Editing / Image Editing / Imaging services

- 3+ years of experience in leading Sales & Operations for Image Editing Services.

- Proven experience in developing sales strategies, sales presentations, closing techniques and developing service and pricing proposals.

- Very strong technical and project management background

- Knowledge & Experience in different sub services (Real Estate, Portrait, Clipping) of Image Editing

- Ability to Map, Investigate & Acquire new market opportunities.

- Excellent management, problem solving, analytical and decision making

- Have strong leadership, entrepreneurial, and business acumen.

- Experience & Exposure to International market & standards.

- Experience in handling multiple projects for multiple regions and experience in handling mid - large size projects & teams.

- Ability to inform, educate and inspire team towards the objectives, purposes and achievements

- Have strong leadership, entrepreneurial, and business acumen

- Good communication skills both verbal and written

- Be flexible and have a can-do attitude.
