Job Summary

We are seeking a Executive/Assistant Manager -Client Servicing, to oversee commercial, client-facing programs from concept to execution.

Looking for candidates ONLY from advertising agency background.

Responsibilities and Duties

- To develop and monitor project documents such as project timeline, budget, and deliverables trackers for assigned project.

- Organizes everyday workflow with clients on assigned projects and oversees all project activities.

- Arrange coordination meetings with client and team

- To work closely with internal departments like Sales/Account, Creative, PR, Digital etc. for project resources and ensure delivery of project.

- To lead communication with client during execution phase.

- To work closely with 3rd party suppliers and service providers for project delivery.

- To work closely with the Finance department to manage clients financial health (PO, invoices, contract, etc)

- Develops an understanding of the client's business, their needs, expectations, and requirements.

- This role will be based in Delhi.

- Able to handle multiple clients at one time.

- Can work under dead lines and pressure

- Excellent in understanding client brief and explain to internal team.

- Creative by nature

- Have understanding on strategy building and idealization

Required Candidate profile : 

Qualifications and Skills :
 
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years experience in project management, ONLY from advertising agency background.

- Candidates upto 3 years of relevant experience will be considered for Executive - Client Servicing and candidates with more than 3 years of relevant experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Manager.

- Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.

- Effective project management skills, in coordinating a wide range of specialists both internal and external.

- Attention to detail with regard to budget and schedule management.

- Effective team player.
