Fitternity - Manager - Sales Confirmation/Customer Service (0-3 yrs)
Job Responsibility:
- Handles all inbound and outbound calls made to vendors/partners
- Document all calls
- Analyse the calls
- Handling and resolving the day to day query with having good etiquette .
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of work experience
- Strong communication skills - ability to communicate clearly and effectively with partners
- Good listening skills
- Knowledge of how to operate a laptop / PC, good typing speed and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-- motivated individuals who possess a flair for customer delight
- Comfortable with long and unpredictable work hours
- Strong decision-making skills, Help desk/account management preferred
