Position: Business Development

Job Details:

- Learn and understand Fitso business model & sales processes.

- Learn and understand customer requirements in the Fitness industry to customize the sales pitch and run campaigns for acquiring new customers.

- Exposure to "Lead Management Portals", and alignment with marketing & product management team for quality leads and higher conversions.

- Create weekly, monthly & quarterly sales target.

Requirements:

- Candidate with excellent communication

- Should have good negotiation Skills.

- Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.
