Fitness 30, Brand from the house of Cure Delivery Technologies Private Limited is looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to help drive our sales and grow the business. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for conducting market research, promoting company products and building client relationships. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. The successful applicant will be resourceful, organised and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company's reputation, and look for new and creative ways to market our products. The candidates with previous experience in Sales & Operations of a Health & Wellness Organisation are strongly desirable. You will work with various departments and report to the Sr. Manager Business Development.

Responsibilities : 

1. Familiarise yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.

2. Identify and qualify new customers based on the company's business model and guidelines.

3. Obtain contact information of potential customers through cold calling, internet research and emailing.

4. Relentlessly chase, achieve and exceed targets for New Sales, Referrals or Renewals, in an individual contributor role.

5. Provide world-class service to his/her customers by advising them about the service through structured discussions.

6. Collecting and maintaining client information in the CRM database.

7. Initiate and build relationships with customers through phone, marketing mailer campaigns, in-person contacts, and presentations.

8. Collect feedback from customers and inform management for the betterment of product/service.

9. Work closely with the internal team to deliver business services with high levels of customer satisfaction.

10. Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analysing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.

11. Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.

12. Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Requirements : 

1. Any Graduate with 0 - 4 years of experience in sales (Priority for the candidates from Health & Wellness Industry).

2. Excellent oral and written communication skills

3. Language preference - Proficiency in English / Hindi language is mandatory & should also be able to handle any one regional language.

4. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

5. Excellent selling & negotiation skills.

6. Ability to overcome objections and manage time effectively

7. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

8. Strong Interpersonal & Presentation skills.

9. Ability to work well in a team and independently

10. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

11. Friendly and personable demeanour.
