Firstworld Techventures - Customer Service Representative (1-2 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Responding promptly to customer queries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels - Email, WhatsApp, Call, Chat.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Desired Candidate:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support teams. Startup experience is a plus.
- Fresh Graduates from Management or Engineering streams can apply.
- Should be passionate about providing excellent customer experience.
- Comes from a ecommerce and FMCG background.
- Unafraid to take risks and can pivot without getting stalled by challenges along the way.
