Firstventure - Specialist - SMB Sales (3-5 yrs)

Job Description

At Courseplay by Firstventure Corporation, we wouldn- t be what we are without our successful sales team. Our ideal SMB sales specialist has a strong understanding of the sales process, and excels at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and participating in webinars, it's essential that our sales specialist be approachable and professional.

Responsibilities :

- Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge, research client needs, and identify how our solutions can meet them

- Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate, detailed client book, and developing an active, repeat customer base

- Evolve & refine the sales strategy, process and tactics to improve performance

- Work with the Enterprise Sales team to design industry-specific sales research

- Update CRM tool with relevant client information, status, and notes.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration or an acceptable combination of education and experience.

- 3-5 years in sales within a B2B setting

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills

- Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms
