Firstventure - Executive - Presales (1-3 yrs)
- Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business
- Support the Sales Team with customer-facing pre-sales assistance
- Handling client queries, provide info clearly, send mailers, maintain complete databases, follow up with leads, and prepare reports.
- Keep records of client interactions, follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Responsible for handling the clients inquiry and coordination with Sales Team.
- Client Relationship Management, Handling Calls, Collecting and Updating the Database.
