Job Title: Associate Client Success Manager / Client Success Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Define the marketing segmentation, data, operations strategy and tech stack that enables strategic targeting, dynamic demand generation campaigns, performance measurement, price/promotion integration, and integrated reporting across sales and marketing.

- Use automation to solve business problems, collaborate with key stakeholders to identify gaps in current processes/systems, and optimize workflows to increase marketing and sales productivity

- Develop and implement integrated communication strategy aligned with marketing seasonal initiatives and product stories. Design and drive innovative consumer experience with an effective marketing mix.

- Create reporting and analytics on demand generation performance; including dashboards, campaign metrics, and attribution across marketing campaigns/channels (webinars, email marketing, trade shows; hosted events, digital advertising, social media, website, content, landing pages, etc)

- Ideate, plan, deploy and manage key consumer and channel incentive programs for Fortune 500 brands operating in India

- Undertake management and co-creation of CRM, digital and direct marketing based programs

- Prepare proposals and presentations to clearly articulate client program details to ensure that all internal and external stakeholders are on-board on the tasks of the marketing program

- Advice the clients on various marketing and communication activities to increase marketing ROIs

- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement & Mapping the market for the client, region-specific marketing campaign

Ideal Candidate & Desired skills

- 3+ years of relevant experience

- Key/Mega account management in advertising, digital marketing, loyalty marketing, direct marketing & campaign management

- Extensive knowledge SEO, Adwords, social media management, email marketing, campaign management and similar

- Work experience on running campaigns using marketing automation tools such as Zoho CRM, WebEngage, CleverTap, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Pardot, SalesForce Marketing cloud, or similar

- Successfully and consistently delivering the responsibilities of Revenue Generation, Profitability, Market Share and Customer Satisfaction

- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

- Project management skills; executives also need to be good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines

- Good analytics and data inference skills
