Job Description:
- Analysis/ Retail Planning / Merchandising for Firstcry stores
- Planning/ allocation of merchandise for new stores
- Analysing stores- performance based on various sales and stock KPIs
- Suggest corrective actions on all parameters for stores based on the performance analysis
- Liaison between Sourcing team, front end team and Franchisees
- Regular coordination with stores for products feedback, gap identification and timely ticket closures
- Managing and maintaining weekly/ monthly MIS
- Managing & monitoring ARS
