Job specifications :

- Catalog intern will be responsible for creating product description for the Firstcry website

- Knowledge of Grammar, Spelling, and Punctuation is a must

- Producing engaging and target audience-oriented content with basic knowledge of keyword placement will be an add on

- Working around images and checking them while working on product description is mandatory. Checking that images are up to website standards is important

- Basic product knowledge of Mom & kids products will play an important role for this profile

- Basic understanding of web formatting tools, such as HTML is essential as job also requires you to upload PDF manual for different products listed on the website

- What are the criteria on which a customer returns the product and keeping a track on sales return are also some of the responsibility of the person

Desired (Good to have) skills :

- SEO sound knowledge, MS Office Qualification: Preferable Bachelor's in Mass Communication; Any Graduate

Roles and responsibilities :

- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of product and the description requirements; create a good content of products; write easy to understand user interface text.
