Job Description:
- Create effective cross-channel user flow via Emails, WhatsApp to achieve business' revenue objectives.
- Create Personalised, Engaging, Innovative Content to drive Emails & WhatsApp channels.
- Create Innovative content & Personalised flow for FirstCry Loyalty Program i.e. FirstCry Club
- Create and analyze daily reports to continuously improve CTRs & Revenue.
- Coordinate and work with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
Key Qualities :
- Strong Attention to Detail, Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
- Content writing skill will be an advantage
- Having a knowledge of CRM & Automation tools will be an advantage
- Strong Analytical Skills - MS Excel Proficiency is a must (Pivots, Charts, basic analysis formulae).
- Understanding of Key Digital Marketing metrics and drivers.
- Understanding of Marketing Communication and how it triggers user behaviour will be an advantage.
- Result Orientation, Problem solving abilities.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-driven, displays initiative - agility to learn, drive team to result.
