Job Description :

End To end Vendor Relationship Management: Close co-ordination with the vendors, tracking of fill rates, follow up for timely deliveries, Ensuring new processes are well taught to and implemented by vendors, Making sure their payments go out on time

Inventory Control : To have a close eye on inventory holding, To ensure zero stock outs of the existing range, Review ageing and slow moving inventory with plans to improve stock turns, New Range Inventory planning

- Topline & Bottom Line Management

- Meeting & Maintaining Timelines: Ensuring that the PO cycle is maintained, all weekly monthly reports are made and read

- Negotiations

- Tracking To Go Live cycle; Ensuring all details have been put up on site; Power Content if required; Video and ambi shoot 

- All new items are a part of ARS etc

- Planning for New Launch with Marketing & Merchandising team

- Reviewing Sales, Sales Return & Customer ratings for all Items

- Modifying the products as per customer feedback

- Price Management :Competition Benchmarking for discounts

- Being updated with competition's MRP and Assortment

- Vendor visits

- To work closely and ensure learning and growth for juniors in the team
