Job Description :

- Planning - To develop option - buy plan based on budget

- Sourcing - To be able to procure good quality products based on fabric knowledge

- Costing - To be able to do open costing for knit/woven garments

- Vendor Management - Getting new vendors on board, upgrading existing vendors to the next level of quality

- Technical Review - To be able to execute fit review and preproduct sample review against specs

- Follow Ups - Ensuring timely inwards of orders by a close production followup routine

- Monitoring - Sell thrus, Stock Cover and OTB.

- Liaisoning - With support teams of quality, warehouse, marketing, merchandising, design, operations.

- Awareness - Staying abreast of what competition and industry is doing in terms of design, price, quality.

- Trend Check - To be updated on forecasting trends and accordingly develop range that is in vogue and relevant.
